They're wrong with God. Carpet needs to be replace, but overall the room was well clcomfortable. The layout of the room was awesome didn't respect the way it laid out but it fit as perfectly

The hotel has signs all over that it is 100% smoke free yet as soon as you step in the lobby you get a stale, stank smell and as soon as you exit the elevator all you smell is smoke & weed. The clothing armoire was full of dust inside, clearly hadnt been cleaned well in a long time

Not enjoyable so happy we only needed it for sleep
The hotel has a smell and the lobby was very warm. We had gone with a group to have several rooms and played games in the lobby but was very hot. The pool is only open until 8pm and the hot tub was out of order. The air conditioner in my room was set to 60 but still didn’t cool it down. My bed was made once in my 3 night stay and didn’t give enough towels when they cleaned to replace the original towels. Water went outside the tub no matter which way you put the curtain. Floor needs a good cleaning. The receptionist is a soft talker. They put a $150 hold on your room at check in to reduce damages. I had to reactivate my key every night. They have yogurt for breakfast, cereal, muffins. The self making pancake machine wouldn’t work and when it did, you would get a pancake a pea size or a regular size, not consistent. The eggs were not tasty as well as the bacon and sausage that had no taste. We had to get breakfast other places as this just was not tasty at all. Bed and pillows are super soft if you like your mattresses and pillow that way…it’s for you. Be careful of the only elevator they have as the door started to close and my daughter put her arm in to stop it and her arm almost got broken. This also happened to two others in our group.

Arrived @ 2230 after a 5 hour drive, room reeked of cigarette smoke. This is advertised as a smoke free facility. No other rooms available. Had to find another hotel. Desk clerk said to call back the next day to inquire about a refund. Called 10 times throughout the day, no answer. Best Western refused to issue a refund.
