This property was a disappointment from the checking right to departure.. checking in we were met with Giovani at the front desk who was what seem to be on a personal call while he whispered and murmured on the phone for 20min making us just stand there… jus occasionally glancing at us.
Then there were no towels in our room we called and was told that at 6pm there’s no one to bring towels to us we would have to come to the front desk.
The hotel valet carts were a struggle as the tires are flat.
During mid day into evening there’s bunches of wet towels outside of rooms on the floor along with garbage bags full of room garbages.
The second day our room was cleaned however again no towels we were told that they are washing the towels and we may get some later.. then the last day there our room was not cleaned.
Checking out at 6am getting up at 5am putting on the lights to see two cockroaches run out from under the bed!!!
I’m extremely disappointed and have been to many best western plus this place was disgusting and didn’t meet even a one star.
