The property was not clean and had an awful smell. Within five minutes of check-in, I went to the front desk and asked to be checked out. We went next-door to another hotel to stay for our four nights. We are very disappointed. We were told to contact Expedia to contact them for confirmation that we checked out and they would agree to a refund. Please assist.

In shock!
I was in shock knowing that this hotel was part of whyndham company. They need to remodel the complete building. There were people walking in the hallways smoking. It looked more like a motel. Facilities are deteriorated and smelly.

Funky smell, shower flooring felt like it was going to break and the curtain rod, lamp plugged in but didn’t work, room service almost opened the door. Other than that, checking in at night was sketchy but the gentleman was nice and check out was easy

The first room they gave us was a smoking room, it smelled very bad and the blanket was burnt.. They gave us another room and it was smelling like it has not opened or cleaned for ages, then they gave us a third room it was smelly as well but it wasn’t terrible… The elevator was not working. So we had to carry our luggage’s to the third floor.

I reserved online for a two night stay, however, when I learned that the pool was inoperable and that they no longer served breakfast, I tried to change my reservation to just one night. I was told that I could not bcuz it was already paid for. I will never stay at this place again, nor will I recommend it.

I was unable to even check in, as there was a dangerous, altercation happening at the entrance upon arrival. I had to tell my kids to get back in the car and drive away. We had to stay at an alternate hotel nearby. There was no answer at the hotel to discuss the incident. I want my money back! 12 Days later…still no response from Hotels.com and you won’t post my review!! UNACCEPTABLE! Keep kicking back my HONEST REVIEW!!! Now 14 Days!
