Comfortable beds, nice room, enjoyed free cookies, decent buffet breakfast, nice and welcoming staff. Some repairs and upkeep issues: 1 of the 2 elevators not working during most of my stay, whole building drafty/cold. Restroom in lobby (near conderence room) not supplied with soap, ran out of towels at times, and only very cold water in faucet.

This Hilton Hotel does not live up to the levels of quality and hospitality that so many others I've visited do. The bathroom we were given was an oddity. It had a fan, but no switch to control it. It had an exposed overhead light with a U-shaped bulb in it, again with no way to switch it on or off. There was a rusty-colored mold on the baseboards. It obviously needed attention, but looked like a two-star dive in the process. If you're going to lay out out breakfast food that is not for customers, then put a sign up that says it's for conference attendees only. This is an easily accomplished communication. I went over to look (not touch) the food and I was reprimanded by someone on the staff - not a good customer service move any way you look at it. The second night we stayed there, at 9:30 pm... there was an employee in our hallway who was obviously cleaning rooms. She was on the phone yelling at someone while she was knocking on guests doors, she was loud an obtrusive.. and she is doing this at 9:30 at night? Clearly, this hotel has some work to do to lived up to the Hilton name.

It was just Ehh…
Hotel staff were great, but only one elevator worked for the whole building, and the upper floors were boiling with the heat blowing madly. The rooms were alright other then a stain on the sheets and head board, had to fix the toilet seat lid myself since it was only hanging on by the one side and not sure if the thermostat even worked because I tried to put the air cooler on since the upper hallways were so hot but the room stayed at 76 all night long causing me to wake up wet in sweat.
