The BEST part about the stay was the employee Ms. Carolyn! She was absolutely AMAZING!! She made me feel safe an she knew the hotel policy like the back of her hand. I needed help was a few things an she answered quickly. Was extremely friendly an had a very sweet soul. She never lost patience at all with me or others. I wanted to find her boss to tell her how wonderful of a job she did an professional she is/was. I have to be sure to highlight Ms. Carolyn’s services because she deserves it. If I visit again I would hope she would be in a management position or even lead she was amazing! An I would come back just because of her personality over the PHONE AND IN PERSON. Thank you much Ms. Carolyn!!

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! It’s conveniently located right off the highway, and not too far from the shopping mall and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous as well!!!

The property is conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. But I book a room to get sleep and that’s impossible if it’s not dark. The window shade was flimsy at best and the light from the parking lot streamed in. There clearly used to be a second shade—there was a chain for it. But it was gone. This was very disappointing as we’d driven 6 hours and were quite tired. Then in the am we go to shower and there was basically no water pressure. Don’t know if we got a bum room or if this experience is common, but I can’t say we’d stay again.

The property was fine and everything was clean. The service was very good. The only concern I had (as a woman), was walking around the back of the property at night or early morning, while it was still dark. There were no close back doors leading to where I was parked, so that was uncomfortable.
