I discovered AT CHECK-IN that I had inadvertently booked for exactly a week after my desired check-in date. Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, easy access to the University of Delaware. However, the rooms need major updating, with very old cabinets, carpets, furniture, etc. Fortunately, everything worked properly in my room, and the bed was comfortable despite obvious older parts throughout the rest of the unit.
