Dirty shower and messed up sink

I had to clean the shower it was dirty , the bathroom sink was messed up and black mold was coming up . Had to use the shower to brush teeth and wash face. Couldn’t receive new room the hotel was booked. I was not offered a discount or anything.

Overall this is a very good hotel. The only reason I didn't gave it an excellent rating is the room i was put in. It was directly behind the elevator and every time the elevator went up or down it sounded like an airplane. Vary loud. Very difficult to sleep especially early in the morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again just in a different room

There’s no way this is a 5-star hotel. It’s incredibly outdated, and to make matters worse, the A/C went out, making it unbearably hot.

This is a very nice hotel. Plenty of parking. Welcoming reception desk. No issues with the room essentials; clean, piping hot water and comfortable bed. Very spacious (king suite). Breakfast plentiful and varied, hot and cold. Barely anyone partaking at 0845, so seating space was not an issue. Annoying TV glitch if you’re a ‘Firestick streaming person’ - the HDMIs don’t work if the hotel’s feed is plugged in. Unplug the hotel HDMI and the TV remote becomes inoperative, so no volume control and the default is way too loud! It’s a shame that hotels do their best to prevent total stay enjoyment - just protecting their wifi, I guess..?

Hotel was clean, staff were very nice, beds very comfortable. Properly needs a little maintenance. Beautiful room but some rust underneath the pipes. Coffee shop in lobby had good coffee. TV had no local channels. But, I would stay here again.

The location was exceptional! Everything we needed in walking distance. We had no need to use our vehicle the entire weekend. Only downside was the building lost air conditioning and it was rather hot Sunday morning, but they made up for it by comping our breakfast. Enjoyed immensely!!!

Great service, location, comfort

Very comfortable hotel with excellent location on the river. Miss Ericka at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable — ensured I was able to find a taxi for my pre-dawn ride to the airport which was before the Hotel’s airport shuttle started running.
