Ownership needs to modernize and make fixes
Room was dirty, hair all around bathroom and sink areas. Sheets had some black stains washed into it. Even though my door locked, there was gaping spaces to the outside all around the door where air and insects could easily come in. Thank goodness I only had to stay one evening.

Property was clean and everything worked. No issues with room. It was just very basic. One table w/chair and two bedside stands were all the furniture provided. Electrical outlets were all covered except one in bathroom and one being used for fridge/microwave - so had to charge phones in bathroom. Smoke detector was covered with a cage. Bathroom cabinets were all screwed closed. Not sure if all of this was done for security?? We did not have any issues but found it odd.

Check In Issues
The check in process was terrible because they couldn’t find my reservation. It took a half an hour to finally get checked in after they had to call hotels.com even though I had my receipt and everything. The room was fairly clean. The window was cracked though. The property smelled like marijuana really bad in certain places. Overall the bed was comfortable though and it was fairly quiet. Ok for 1 night for the price. Biggest issue was check in.

Clean and convenient. No frills, nothing fancy. Several of the lights in the bathroom area were broken. It was a convenient and serviceable location to attend my daughter’s parent and family weekend at the University of Delaware.
