The pool at the property was not working for the first day and half of the next day. The ice machine was asoo not working on my floor and main area for the same amou t of time.

There was nothing about this property that I liked. First, none of the pictures on Expedia matched the property. Complete false advertising. The parking lot was filthy. Trash everywhere. The inside was uninviting. Then the room looked nothing like the room I picked on the app. The shower / tub was filthy. No carpet on the floor. Walls were yucky. It was a completely unacceptable. Called to get a cancelation and refund ans was told I had to wait until Monday because the manager was not there. So reluctantly I decided to stay because my friend wanted to get in the pool. We go downstairs to get in the pool and there were other guests from Expedia trying to cancel. My friend starts talking to the ladies and they show her pictures of 3 roaches they found in their room. At that point, I said forget the pool... we are leaving! Went back to the room. Shook everything out... packed up... went got the security deposit and booked another hotel from the car. Praise Allah I'm not broke and I can wait on a refund. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel unless you really have to. I mean everything you could possibly want to avoid at a hotel was at this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Avoid unless you have no other option

Rooms and hallways reeked of smoke. The rooms themselves were fairly clean but the floors were quite dirty. The service was nonexistent. I could not even get housekeeping the first morning I was there, apparently you have to call them before 10 AM or housekeeping does not come until the next day. They would not even give me plastic utensils despite obviously having them available. No complimentary water bottles for the entire duration of my stay, despite asking multiple days. The only reason not to take the Sonesta across the street is the price.

inaccurate information (smoking and weed smell)

I booked a non-smoking room, but upon check-in, the room I was given had a strong odor of cigarettes and weed. The smell was overwhelming not only in the room but also throughout the hallway and the entire hotel, making it difficult to breathe. I asked to change rooms, but the hotel said they couldn’t provide a non-smoking room. They offered to cancel my reservation, but since I booked through a third party (Hotels.com), they claimed they couldn’t process the cancellation. As a result, I chose not to stay at the hotel at all. Hotels.com clearly stated that the room was non-smoking, but such a room did not actually exist. I’ve been a long-time user of Hotels.com, but after this experience, I’m not sure I can continue using the service.

Over all the room smelled and wasn’t well cleaned. Sheets and pillowcases had stains. The hardwood floor turned my white sock black. I definitely would stay at that location again. I’ve stayed at Quality Inns all over the country and this was by far the most unpleasant when it came to overall quality of the room and basic cleanliness. I even paid for two nights and only stayed one due to the concern for my heath and safety

There’s roaches, the drawers had cigarette ashes in it. the whole room smell like smoke and the sinks had mold in it. The showers were dirty I just wouldn’t trust putting my things down to be honest
