Hello, I would like to explain a situation during my stay and kindly request a partial compensation or discount, not a full refund. On the first night, I was given a two-bedroom room instead of the one-bedroom room I expected. I still stayed the night. However, there was a bad smell, and the refrigerator was not working. I informed the front desk the next morning. For the second night, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the refrigerator in this room was also not working. I placed my food and items in the fridge, and in the morning they were spoiled because the fridge did not work. I immediately contacted the front desk and showed them the refrigerator and the damaged food in person. They saw the items, and I threw them away in the room trash so it could be checked. The value of the damaged items is about $300, and I can show the items and food details if needed. I am not requesting a full refund. I only kindly ask for a small discount, partial compensation, or credit for this inconvenience and loss. Thank you for your time and understanding. I appreciate your help.

The room was infested with roaches. Stay was for 20 plus days. I stayed less than 24 hours. Put belongings back in car after seeing roaches crawling about, slept on top of covers. When I opened the door in the morning there was a full trash bag in front of door to room. No microwave & fridge barely worked. Additionally hotel charged for 2 day stay. They were not apologetic at all. Stay here if you want to stay in a ROACH MOTEL!!!! Would add video if I had the option to. Despicable to say the least!

The bedroom mattress is so old uncomfortable and it’s like a big U in the middle. The shower tub was nasty plus mold, black grout. Everything is old the furniture piece that holds the TV microwave with drawers falling apart.. the property is dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere.

Stairs were blocked off so had to use the 1 elevator to get ice. Most ice machines and vending machines were out of order. Floors showed water damage. Picture frames damaged. Light fixtures rusting. Fridge don’t work. First room reeked of smoke so we had to ask for a different room. Parking lot was well lit at night but still didn’t feel safe. Lots of stomping, noise, and loud car stereos after midnight each night. There is a “beware of child trafficking” poster at the check-in desk which should’ve been a warning. It still remains true—you get what you pay for, and this is one of the least expensive options in the area.

The motel or hotel, is very dirty, no running water in the toilet. The areas is very ,very dirty. You can even spend one minute you will get sick. The whole room was very dirty. I will never go there in life, or even to recommend someone, I will not do it.
