The front lobby area was dirty. The little coffe area near the check in area was dirty. Every morning the trash can was way over flowing. The bed was uncomfortable. Th matters frame made loud noise every time you turn sides. Not enough light in the room.

The toilet was VERY close to the ground and didn't flush well. As an older woman it was uncomfortable to sit on and rise from. Never encountered such a terrible toilet before.

I'm sure it would have been great, but I could not find my reservation information anywhere. It wasn't even on the Expedia page. I just found the link this morning when they asked how my experience was. I feel like Expedia left me out to dry. I ended up staying at a motel 6. Which was alright, but I ended up not staying where I booked originally. Always follow up on with Expedia!

Room was covered in smoke, TV was broken. Staff was very friendly n gave us s new room. Hallways smelled of smoke, carpets horrific. My family used 2 stay here about 15 yrs ago n it was great, but is probably the last time this place was updated. Only one outlet in between the wall n the bed. So your phone is charging on the floor between the bed n the wall. No modern phone charge, clock from the 90's, n only one middle table. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety, taste was basically what you'd expect from a free buffet breakfast. Rooms r still somewhat ok. This place can still b saved if they Hurry up n renovate. If they don't, they're about 2 yrs away from becoming a prostitute hotel.
