There were a couple of large spiders in the room. Guy in his car smoking pot with his car door open. Party going on in one of the suites, but not close enough to bother us. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The property was not clean by any means. We had to switch rooms when we arrived. They are very outdated and need renovations, new furniture BAD! I wanted to like staying there, but I felt disgusted the entire time. The best thing was the stove and AC worked. Tv does not work.

It was one bug in the bed and there was one bug in the bathroom. I notified the front desk at 10 AM the next day and one of my bed made and the bed be made until 5 o’clock 6 o’clock that night.

I appreciate the location and accessibility of the property, which are both great. However, I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of some of the buildings both inside and out. The condition of the mattress was especially troubling. It was extremely uncomfortable, itchy, and caused skin irritation, making for a very unpleasant experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests.

Disappointing and dirty

Check in and room was fine, breakfast was ok. The facility itself was very old and walk up stairs for half the rooms. It’s full of cracked concrete, trash in the stairwell, stains and makeup ground into the carpet. Loud neighbors and marijuana smells. Do not stay here, especially with kids.

Ants in our room. Bathroom had fecal matter on the toilet. Grout coming apart. Pond is dirty and surrounding grounds are littered with trash. Very disappointed. Never again will I stay at Sonesta.

There are better options! You get what you pay for

The pictures are not current. Not a bad place for the price. Few of the clientele weren't exactly very courteous and the odor of weed was strong throughout the complex and the rooms wreaked of it.
