Disgusting! Cigarette burns in the bedding and bath tub. We were stranded due to a snowstorm or we'd ran away fast!

Bad experience

We couldn't stay at that hotel, there was a lot of bad cigarette smell, we asked him to change us and they said that all the rooms were the same, so we decided to go to another hotel, we didn't use the reservation, I would like to know if you could refund my money?
