This is obviously a former old motel which has been purchased and upgraded by Best Western. It's clean, safe and comfortable, but in a very busy area. My sink drained very slowly, the toilet seat is very loose and the lock on the door is almost non-functional. I had to go to the office 3 times for new room card-keys. (They should have moved me to another room. The place was practically empty.) The 6:00am coffee (and free breakfast) was 45 minutes late. (It was good when it finally arrived, though.) These rooms should rent for about $75.00 in today's economy.

The room was a disaster. The floor tiles were all broken, it was extremely cold even with the heat on as there were cracks on the door. The bed covers were light and did not provide warmth. Overall a terrible stay. Do not recommend at all!!

I had reserved a non-smoking room with two beds for my stay. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $16 because the assigned room was pet-friendly. When I explained that I did not have any pets, the staff member insisted that I either pay the $16 pet fee or an additional $30 to change rooms. She then advised me to dispute the charge with the third-party booking platform, Expedia. Unfortunately, the room itself was in extremely poor condition. It was covered in dust, and we encountered several roaches. I documented the issues with photos and videos, which I plan to share with Expedia in the next day or two. I find it unacceptable that Expedia charged me approximately $85, and the hotel added an additional $16 for such substandard accommodations. I will be reaching out to customer support to request a refund, as this experience completely ruined my trip.

Room key had to be rekeyed 3 times. Could not get a 1st floor room as stairs are hard to navigate. Tv had 3 remote controls all with different functions. Water would not shut off in the tub, sink would not drain. Worst of all this i had roaches in my room until they came to spray. Manager gave me a one night credit. Still didn't make up for all the issues
