Service beyond the call of duty.
I tore my dress I was going to wear to a wedding, and I needed a needle and thread to repair it. My husband went down to the front desk, but the person did not have it. She called the hotel next door, and went over to get a little sewing kit. My husband offered to give her a few dollars, but she did not accept it, saying it was part of her job. We believe it was a service beyond the call of duty. Also, the breakfast was tasty, and the premises and room were spotless. Thank you.

The hotel is very nice. It was very clean, newly built, modern, quiet area, close to shopping and food options. We had a pretty large studio with a mini kitchen. The breakfast was good, however the coffee was extremely watered down. I would definitely stay here again.

1 of the best so far!
This Hotel was so accommodating for last minute changes. It was super neat, and the room was clean, new and updated looking yet still comfy. The bed was super comfortable and I slept sooooo well! Breakfast was just like any other hotel we've stayed at. We didn't visit the pool during our stay. Thank you so much for such a great rate for a such a superb hotel! I wish i couldcstayvat this hotel no matter where I go.

The most helpful check in assistance! I arrived after 10 pm and still got so much attention. I needed to be close to the elevator because of my knee. They switched me to the first floor, and a suite just a few feet from a side exit. And, I could park my car near that door. They saved me so much pain!

This hotel is one of three in a quiet part the small town of Wilmington. Guests here seemed especially to enjoy the bar and outdoor sitting area around a gas fireplace. It was very clean and quiet. We were in town for a music festival, and this hotel was near a big Kroger, and Mexican (El Dorado) and Japanese (Yamato), restaurants that serve dinner until 10:00 p.m. and were surprisingly good (especially at that hour!). The Aldi grocery store is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are nicely laid out and, therefore, surprisingly spacious. Good water pressure in the shower and really hot water. The Aldi grocery store is a 3-minute walk. If life takes us to Wilmington OH again, we'll stay here.

They gave us a room with 1 king bed, instead of the 2 queen beds we were supposed to have. So we were crammed in one bed and slept horribly. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care and just said that they were over booked and there was nothing she could do
