The hotel is described as an airport hotel, but is nowhere near Manchester airport. Public transport options are minimal and convoluted, and non-existent at weekends, especially Sundays. For the final part of the journey, walking directions to the hotel were wildly inaccurate on Google Maps and Apple Maps. One directed me through a housing estate into a forest, the other to the rear of the property where there was no access to the hotel itself. Hotel itself was average, would not stay again because of the difficulty in getting to/from the airport.

Nice hotel. But needs a bit of update in comfort bedroom. Pillows and bedding needed updating. Had to remake bed as bottom sheet hadn’t beenput on properly .

Good value for money, easy access to airport.

Stayed prior to early morning flight from Manchester. Good value for money at the hotel, spacious room, free parking, great access to the leisure facility even if it's a 10 mins drive. Would definitely use the hotel again. Rooms are a little tired and windows very drafty but the radiators kept the room very warm.

We requested a quiet room but we did not sleep all night due to constant noise from other people talking and clattering about. We believe the room was above a staff area as the noise was constant. Suggest improve the sound insulation n the bedrooms.

Great Hotel - recommended well.

Stayed as part of a work / leisure trip with family. Last minute booking, and for the price we cannot complain. Other than the hotel being slightly dated, we were very happy - spotlessly clean, comfy beds, quick check in and easy parking. Easy to recommend!

We stay at The Pinewood Hotel before & after our flights from the Airport .. everything is always great .. the food is really good .. our room comfortable warm & clean .. and the staff always very welcoming & friendly Excellent stay !
