Conveniently located hotel south of city.
Front desk personnel very nice and informative. Room has plenty of built in storage. Only issue was lack of towels in room.( one towel for a 4 person room) Front desk was happy to supply needed linens.

The rooms are dark, TV didn't work, the tub faucet was faulty and the matress was hard. The tub was very slipery. No mat or anything to prevent from slipping. Breakfast was less then desirable. We've stayed here before but its gone downhill a bit.

Broken stay
Room was not clean. Asked for room to be clean on second day and it was not. Tv didn’t work. Pixelating badly. Outlets didn’t work. Pancake machine broken. Hot water heater broken. When power went out, I mentioned that emergency lights in stairwell were not working and front desk didn’t understand. They suggested I use the stairs at the opposite end.

Convinient location of a major interstate. Our room need a bathroom update bad . Fiew words could describe is" landlord spacial". When there is leak use more caulking. No large bath towels , just some mid size one's Room itslelf was good

Deadbolt on door was falling off. I left something in my room and was told it could be sent to me if found. The item was found but it stopped there. I was told it couldn’t be sent by the manager and I could pick it up.. which was not an option as I was traveling and not returning to the area. I’m a consistent traveler and this hotel has lost my business. I will be sure to tell others of my experience. This is unacceptable practice or excuse.
