Elevator noise
All was fine except our room was near the elevator. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from elevators. At checkout, the reason given was I reserved it through Hotels.com and not directly through Hilton. This is the first time weā€™ve had this problem. Iā€™d appreciate any help you can give, so the hotel corrects the issue. Elevator ā€œdingā€ noise when it arrives on the floor and noisy guests talking loudly outside elevators are the issue.
