A very satisfied stay at the Hawksmoor Guest House. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and cooked from scratch. Our room was available earlier than stated and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, just a 15 minute walk to the town and Lake Windermere. We would highly recommend a stay here!! The Hollands!!

A cosy guest house in walking distance to the main shops and boat cruises on Lake Windermere. Quiet location with good parking outside. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Hawkesmore , what a fabulous place

Absolutely amazing stay , so comfortable, Suzanna and Pamela are amazing hosts , couldn't do enough for us. From male the room gorgeous everyday to sorting taxis and giving the warmest welcome every morning at breakfast. My husband is always looking at facilities and cleanliness and said it was by far the best. Toiletries were a lovely touch and every comfort catered for. We will definitely be back
