The hotel provided a fab stay for us in the Lakes. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lady on the afternoon/evening reception desk! She went above and beyond to be kind! The hotel was 10 mins walk to the shores of Windermere. The pool was great and the breakfast was lovely! Highly recommended!

Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could. The hotel itself was equally as nice. Our room was lovely and clean. The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm. Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean. Breakfast was very good as well.
