Lobby & check in area is terribly long distance from hotel entrance, you need to take several elevators and walk through the casino to get to the check in. Also very disappointed that you are forced to pay $28.00 per day "resort fees" and the pool was out of service during the time I was there.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and friendly. I did not like that I had to pay a $25 resort fee to gamble! I did not use any of the amenities but still was required to pay the fee. Otherwise it was a great gambling trip to Windsor even if I had to pay a resort fee to donate money at the slot machinges!!

Valet not easy to find. Phone in room not working. No room service. Loud thumping at night, not sure where from. We were on 19th floor. No ESPN to watch game. Staff were all very friendly.
