Front desk lady smelled horrible with body odor

The stay was good. However, one of the front desk women smelled horribly. It was to the point of making me sick with her body odor. Please let them know it is not very welcoming to guests.

The Castle Hotel Windsor is an excellent hotel to stay in. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We never wanted for anything. This is a full service hotel with dining, an outside seating area and a lovely bar area. They even have afternoon tea for an additional fee. The room was large, very clean, had amazing amenities, room service and a fantastic bed. I can't say enough great things about thos hotel and would encourage everyone visiting to stay.

Great location, nothing else

The Castle Hotel is all about location. Wathing the William's Tower day and night from.your windows is quite a treat, but that's almost all what they have to offer. Could be an average 3 Star hotel at any other place. Housekerping was terrible: dirty non working windows, no vaccunn the very wasted carpeta never during our 5 nights booking. The welcome dish at arrival was a nice touch, but would not consider eating nothing with room service since u could watch the same plates during long hours laying on the floor with dirty linnen! Breakfast ok. Not a fan of the extra £ 5,oo + service for each Eggs Royal, if included in the room & breakfast quote as usual sounds better for me. During my last couple of tours of the UK post pandemic I've found very poor service and many so called 4 or 5 stars hotels badly managed and un need an update son.

Hotel is in a very good location. However, access to reception is difficult, as it is up a steep stairway. It was hard to carry luggage. The sink in my room was tiny. I should have asked for a different room.

The hotel is literally across the street from Windsor castle and the staff was outstanding but stairs are everywhere and there were some cleanliness issues - stained furniture, dirty doors and worn out in someways while new in others
