The property was a convenient location next to EC Row Express Way to get around the city from the hotel. The staff at check-in were friendly and supportive. The bed was comfortable but extremely soft so those who need a firmer mattress may have issues. For the price that the location was charging, the room value was minimal. The room was pretty outdated and in need of new furniture to make it look and feel more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious but dark and quite outdated. The toilet would continue to run if the handle was not perfectly in place. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. There was also a significant bug problem in the room so that left us feeling uncomfortable. Given the room had a sliding door to outside, and it was summer, some of this is to be expected. Guests just need to be very careful with any food or drinks that get left out for any duration of time. Noise level was generally okay. It never got to be a problem from inside the hotel or from noise outside. The curtains kept it sufficiently dark, and the temperature control in the room was good (although a bit noisy at first when it was running, but you get used to it). Overall, this is an okay location but for its price point I would have expected something a bit better.

This property is located directly off off a main highway. You almost have to get into an accident trying to turn into the place or out of the place when you leave. You can tell it has been here for a very long time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area though.

Great not perfect (yet!)

I needed a place to sleep after a wedding reception. It was safe, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I did not have time to use any amenities as the pool and hot tub were closed. I did not get a chance to try the free breakfast, but it looked decent. Why I didn't give 5 stars, the walls are pretty thin and you could hear alot of doors opening and closing during the middle of the night. I used the air conditioner just to keep a background on The TV channel selections were not great, but I had brought my iPad just in case. I noticed workers outside working on landscaping so I assumed the pool and hot tub were also being worked on.

Everything was pretty good, but the pillow was uncomfortable and really messed with my sleep. The breakfast spread could’ve been better too. As a Muslim vegetarian, I found it a bit off that they had eggs, potatoes, and pork all in the same area and even in the same heating pot. I saw someone using the pork tongs to grab the potatoes, so I couldn’t even eat them or the eggs. If they could just keep the pork separate, that’d be awesome. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
