‏Masterful design! The room was not large, but the built in and portable furnishings were so perfectly fitted that the room functioned exquisitely for three people - like a well fitted yacht - maybe better. The designers deserve many awards for this room! As expected, all spaces were quite clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was kind and professional, and the breakfast was good. I would absolutely recommend this IHG.

Clean room on third floor very quiet. Good Breakfast with plenty of choice. Approx 15-20 mins walk to Windsor Castle. Staff all very helpful. Nicely decorated for Xmas 😊.

All new. Bed was so hard we woke up with hip and shoulder pain. We were not told by the staff we needed to use the card to operate the lift. We were stuck in the lift until someone called the lift. Very frightened as i hate lifts. Only smoked bacon on breakfast. Asked for alternative eggs due to milk allergy was told no as they cannot eggs due to not having a hob. There was no veggie option like veggie sausages for my husband. The hotel was lovely and the staff were great.
