Had an overnight stay and from the time we checked in until we left, the corridor leading to the elevator along with the inside of the elevator were dirty. The floors were dirty and not cleaned. The room looked nice and clean when we entered, however, we quickly realized that it had not been dusted which made us stuffy when we woke up. The vent in the bathroom was also had lots of dust gathered on it. It seemed as though that room hadn’t been slept in in a bit so the dust had gathered on the surfaced but hadn’t been cleaned. The staff we met were really nice. It was a pity that the experience was average. I expected better because of how new and modern the hotel is.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. The breakfast options were good as well.
