A lovely stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, our room was lovely, nice touches like robes and a coffee machine were much appreciated. If you need parking make sure to prebook.

The bedroom and bathroom were good but there were no toiletries in the bathroom.I asked about this and after two days a few turned up. The breakfast was disappointing, very little fruit and no cooked tomatoes. Only fried eggs which had been there for some time. A long wait for a snack in the bar one evening. We have stayed at the hotel many times and it had always been better.

The hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities one needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a lot of comfy sofas in the lobby to sit and relax. Room was clean and a nice size. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Windsor.

Well placed for a visit to the Castle.
Couldn’t be bothered to find out if the room was ready 10mins before check in. Breakfast great with lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable if a little hot.

The front street access was poor. No one to help with luggage. The table along the corridor was not cleared of tea cups and plates from 6pm to 12pm. Barman looked fed up. Wedding party taking over the hotel rather than in separate events rooms.
