Clean room, soft beds. It would be nice if the fridge was already cold. A lot of people are travelling with meds and look forward to getting to the hotel to put them in the fridge and this one needed 30 plus min to plug in and cool off. Maybe an option could be emailed to guests asking if you would like it plugged in before arriving. 3 stairs do pose accessibility challenges for those with mobility issues or wheelchair /stroller. This was also not communicated with us to go in a different door. Breakfast was basic tv was difficult to use the channels. Overall a nice clean central location. We would come back.

Good hotel, clean, quiet rooms, quiet A/c and heating, great shower, very comfortable beds, pillows and good quality linens. Breakfast continental but fresh, clean and all the basics including real milk. The people who own this hotel put a lot of thought into what really matters to guests - well done.
