I traveled to Leamington for a funeral and stayed 1 night here. The room was clean and comfortable. I arrived later evening and check-in process was smoothly handled. The front desk clerk was very accommodating. My room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The Talbot Trail Inn and Suites was quite satisfactory for our needs. Could park right outside room which was on first floor as I have to use a cane to walk, it was nice not to have to do stairs. Didn't like the fact that they felt they needed to post rules against taking towels, etc but if that had been happening, fair play, I guess!

Receptionist did not explain why a deposit was required when not paying by credit card. Room decor is ok but the bed is a slab of concrete - horribly uncomfortable. Scalding hot water out of the cold tap. Too noisy.

A great budget friendly stay
Very clean with basic amenities. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to other travelers. Within walking distance of great restaurants.

Rates were excellent and check in process was very easy. Our room had a slight ammonia smell to it but we got used to it. Room was clean, bed was decently comfy. All around a good value for a low rate. Would stay here again.
