Staff were awesome! Tiny room with excellent shower, comfy bed and pillows. Who needs a big room when there is so much to offer beyond the walls. Would do it again and thanks for the tips.

Staff were very helpful, although there was significant under-staffing in the dining room with a large group of conference delegates going through all together. Breakfast was good. Parking spaces were in a very constrained area in which manoeuvring was highly challenging when larger cars were parked there. There was a significant risk of not being able to get out when needed. The hotel is directly under the flight path to Heathrow and therefore has almost constant aircraft noise overhead.

Very nice hotel with staff who really try their best to meet your every need. They are friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary drink. Breakfast is included with your stay and there is a good selection of food to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant that served dinner. Good food. My room was a little small but the bed was comfortable. Some noises at night but not too loud. Close to the attractions we wanted to see. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Windsor.

Lovely stay for a couple of days exploring Windsor . Short walk to the castle shops bars and restaurants . Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and cooked to order. Nice comfy beds too, we would stay here again

This is my go-to hotel in Geneva because it's right next to the train station. The rooms are steaming hot when it's warm outside. If you're lucky to arrive in a month when cooling is allowed, you can turn the fan on as soon as you can and it might cool off by bedtime. The windows are pretty soundproof but there's some rumble from the trams and trains, as well as noise from the hallways if you end up with inconsiderate neighbors. I usually sleep pretty well with some white noise.

Great all round Hotel

Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was under going some renovations but this didn’t affect our stay. We chose a comfy double. It was satisfactory for us. Bit of a gap under the door but this didn’t cause any issue. The breakfast was spot on. Had our welcome drink in bar served by Finley who was most helpful and obliging. I would recommend this hotel as the location couldn’t be better. Only a short walk out the front and you can go through a gate and you’re straight on the long walk !! Very good value for money I thought with the breakfast included and the welcome drink. We parked in the ev spot and used the charger. Very easy to use and spaces were fine. If we were to return I’d look to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. We didn’t get in till 2 am and they were waiting for us. The next morning since we had to caught a flight in the afternoon, they ask if we wanted late checkout and also suggested we do the long walk and it was truly magical. We were in London for less than 24 hours and the service at this hotel made our trip. Thank you and the breakfast was fantastic.
