Nice facility, however adjoins a casino. The hotel and rooms smell unpleasant. On-ramp behind hotel makes it noisy, especially at night. Air conditioner is very noisy, making it a hard to sleep.

Of all of the holiday inn express properties we have stayed at, this was my least favourite and most expensive. We could hear everything from other rooms. Then, the fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. Not sure if someone was pulling a prank, which wouldn’t be the hotels fault. The restaurant is was good.

Double Charged for 6 Rooms w/No Resolution Offered
I booked 6 room for a trip with 12 friends and reserved everything on my credit card. The Holiday Inn Express accepted everyone's individual credit cards for payment and charged them for the 1-night stay. They also charged my card $198/night for each of the 6 rooms. Upon calling to resolve the issue, the manager could not provide a legitimate explanation and said she would research it and get back to me. Two days later, I phoned the hotel again, and am once again waiting for a return call. I have $1200 in charges that should be reversed (should never have occurred in the first place) and I have been placed on the bottom of the Holiday Inn's priority list. Because of this, I would not recommend staying there, despite it being a nice hotel. Their accounting system and customer service is less than acceptable.

We stay at this hotel just because we stay at other holiday inn in USA and we had good time but this one wasn’t great we all have been disappointed especially with breakfast lots of items was not available the towels was bit dirty and my son slept on sofa bed and his covers was dirty only one pillow for sofa bed
