Always nice and clean. We have stayed here several times on our way to Redding California etc. We will be making this trip on occasion, since we have family in Redding. We will stay here to break up the long drive.

Poor house keeping

The hotel was nice however the money we paid for our room the house keeping struggled to keep fresh towels in our room. We had no service for 3 days and had to go to the front desk for towels. I was very unhappy with that .

The room was not ready when we arrived. They allowed us to go see the room before check-in and noticed that it was not very clean to begin with. The area outside was in disrepair and we just didn’t feel comfortable staying. We went down the road to a different place.

The office was closed so we had to wait for help checking in. The room was okay for sleeping, but it was tiny and cramped. It had NO refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer. There was a major maintenance issue: the bathroom sink was clogged, making it difficult to use. The attached restaurant closed earlier than the posted hours so we couldn’t get anything to eat.
