The front desk lady was nice. The room has stained carpets and bathroom. The beds were squeaky and not the most comfortable. Our stay was only for a few hours to rest when driving.

Fridge had old food in it and was a dirty sticky mess from a spilled blue drink. The ice machine wouldn’t work, the bedspread had a big rip in it.

This was a $80 room at best. The carpet was wet as if it had been cleaned but not allowed to dry, and the shower was dirty.

Nice but expensive!

Everything has been great. It's an older, well kept motel and this is our second stay. It has also doubled its rates in two years which is very discouraging to us as frequent travelers. (As have all the motels here--not trying to pick on Townhouse!) Our room is in desperate need of new carpet or flooring.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy and Rude!

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here I was shocked at the condition of this motel. The room was filthy and completely unacceptable: - Large stains covering nearly every part of the carpet - Stains and clumps of hair on the sheets - Cigarette burns through the bedspread and blanket - Torn and tattered bedding - Dirty shower and bathroom counter I refused to sleep in such a disgusting room and drove through the night when I could not find another option. . The manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to even look at the room or refund my payment. This motels rating of 4.1 is not close to the poor condition we found the property to be in. I would give this motel a negative score if I could

No bedbugs BUT!!!😬

The ratings on this motel were taken from 4-8 years ago. Pictures the same! Perhaps at one time there was more care given. The carpet was filthy as was the bathroom floor. There was a lot of debris, hair and lint with discarded packages behind the visable space to the mini fridge and the tv free standing cabinet. There was a line of dead skin cells, hair, lint and crumbs behind the beds headboard and night stand, that was disgusting. The drapery was shoddy and in poor repair but they did close and provided privacy. Toilet didn’t flush well, no tissues in the tissue box, towels were clean and plenty but definitely used a lot! Sheets were the same and the bed coverlet was quite dated. Bed was comfortable and new, no sign of bedbugs, but after seeing all the lax housekeeping I was genuinely concerned. The bar soap was useless, little chips that were not facial quality as they had pumice in them🙄. I brought my own soap and shampoo and I’m glad I did. I had no maid service, I don’t think I was made aware there would be none. The chair arms were sticky, really sticky but there were 2 chairs and a table. Lamp shades were in bad shape or disrepair. Had I not prepaid, I would have gone somewhere else PDQ. The air conditioning was adequate +. Walls were pretty thin, you could hear conversations through them. Did I mention carpet was filthy. I think that this room had not been throughly cleaned in some time. There were used bars of soap on the top of the shower door sliders.

Dawn is the star employee

Dawn took leadership and fixed numerous cleaning and maintenance issues that the other staff neglected even after I notified them. The place is okay and has lots of potential but management needs to make changes.. Don has a great career as a consultant and trainer if not a partner owner.

This hotel is not the same era as the photos. There was some sort of food/vomit in one of the beds, the bathroom was no longer white, the entire room was stained. The electrical was not not safe as lights were not working or improperly wired and flickering. There are several local residents and a lot of "friends" lingering.
