The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The only complaints I have are the elevators were broken and I was on the second floor, however the staff offered multiple times to help me carry anything I needed, and the walls were so thin I could hear the alarm continuously going off in the other room next to me at 5am. Other than those two things, the cleanliness was amazing and the staff was wonderful
