What was the VIP amenity I received? Was it the voucher for $10? If so, thx. I was advised that I don’t get the breakfast so not sure what was so special. I would have preferred the breakfast that every one else was getting vs the $10 voucher. But thx anyways

Tried to reach the front desk to get the 24/7 airport shuttle after I landed. Tried all the extensions and no one picked up except for the Best Western sales team. Finally someone from sales got the front desk and told me the shuttle would be there in 10 mins. I waited 30 mins for the shuttle.

I wish I would have known this facility is currently being used as an evacuation centre. Drunk people all over the place, the lobby was a write off and the pool is broke. The front desk staff was fantastic however. They’re trying their best in the situation they’re in. I wouldn’t return though.
