There was garbage over flowing & blowing all over the front entrance. The carpet was not vacuumed properly, you could see dirt & dust along the edges of the wall & in the corners. There was only one elevator working so it was a very long wait. There were a number of intoxicated people both alcohol & drug related loitering in the hall ways. I had called ahead requesting a room on the bottom floor as I had my 85 yr old mother with me. I mentioned that it was a medical trip & she was partially blind with mobility issues. They put us on the 4th floor down a long hallway. The room was very beaten up, carpet had been patched, furniture was scratched & the TV wasn't working. This is a very run down Best Western & this is being extremely polite !!!! I will not be staying here again.

Only one elevator working. Guests were standing right outside the entrance, smoking. We didn't enjoy walking through the cloud of smoke, every time we left and returned.

Very convenient for a late night airport arrival. Shuttle driver was not available at 1:30am, so the front desk said to take a taxi and the then paid for the taxi. It was very convenient and hassle free.

I always stay at best westerns because of the loyalty rewards My stay at the airport hotel was the worst. Daltons restaurant has limited hours luke breakfast only, People outside bugging for cigarettes. Card keys not working 8 out of 10 times.Deposit is per nights stay not per stay i was caught off gaurd with that remember to always keep ID on you incase you get locked out staff will not let you back in to your room without proof that you are who you are... by far the worst best western ive ever stayed at and i am a frequent stayer!
