We didn’t realize that breakfast wasn’t included if we booked through Expedia. Other than that the hotel was clean and we had an enjoyable stay.

Not a good experience for me.

Noisy hallways,kids running around knocking on doors! Heating system very noisy, tied to turn it off, I could not. It would not respond to the control. It would turn on every 10 minutes and sound like jet taking off! I paid for one night and was told I wasn't entitled to breakfast because I booked through Expedia and also because I was not a Best Western rewards member. I was never offered a membership when I checked in. I did not realize when booking on line you were penalized. Never at this hotel again.

The room was very clean and spacious and loved the art work and design! The beds were also very comfortable, we had a great sleep! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the pool was a vlast!

Great hotel...no free breakfast

Everything about the hotelnis is great...except for the fact that if you don't book directly with the hotel or use Hotels.com like I did, breakfast is an additional charge. I can maybe understand why but I feel like Inpaid enough for them to give me breakfast, regardless of how I booked my room.
