Diana at front desk and our waitress at breakfast were both very friendly and professional. Housekeeping did a very thorough job cleaning our room and maintaining it throughout our stay. Only negative, for safety reasons, was we tried to reach the Front Desk, Guest Services and Operator on two different occasions and no one picked up our call. On another occasion, Housekeeping picked up in the second ring.

I expected a little bit more based on the reviews. The hotel is quite old and could definitely use an update. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, but very bare bones otherwise.

We have stayed here several times. I love the area and often stay near Regent because everything I need is right there. Being attached to the Casino is definitely a bonus.
