We booked a king suite room with no natural light (Didn’t realize). Our window view was the lobby. The room was really outdated. The pool was cold. And in the lobby I noticed security monitors that showed the pool and gym, kind of weird in my opinion that everyone can just look at the cameras of people in the pool and gym. Not worth the price I paid. It was an alright stay, but wouldn’t book again.

Check in took 20 minites because staff had been left single handed. the hall to mu room was was dimly lit dingy and dirty. The staff would not print a receipt. I originally booked a king but they moved me to a noisy room across from their storage. I stayed in a renovated area earlier in the summer and it was nice but did not clean or replace towels over 3 days. This morning I got up and the coffee selections were mostly decaf. This used to be a good hotel. Not now.

The first night we were there,the room was dated. We had loud neighbors that night and we requested to be moved to a "renovated" room for the second night. Staff apologized for our experience, moved us to a much nicer room and refunded one nights stay. They dealt with the issue quickly and fairly I thought.

This hotel is nice and we love the suites I have a door separating the bedroom from the main area. Good price good value. Our kids like the pool in the slide . We didn’t eat breakfast there, but we ordered food from the tavern unit and brought it to our room and it was OK

Staff was very friendly. Our room had a odor to it and the tub drain was about 90% plugged. showers turned to baths! All in all we are happy with property as it has great pool facility, great restaurants and very convenient to south end. Will stay again just hope cleanliness is improved a bit.
