Bathrooms were tiny and if I was any bigger in size, I would have issues getting in and out of the bathroom. The vent to the fan in the bathroom was completely dirty and covered in dust. While walking down the hotel hallways it smelled like manure or bad bodily odour. The pool area was very wet everywhere you stepped and not well maintained. Water all the way to the door, once you enter the pool area. Lots of tools to clean the pool area right beside the door to the pool area but did not see any staff actually use it. The bedding was a duvet wrapped in sheets, which I thought was odd. Front desk staff were lovely but do not think I will be staying her again.

I truly appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. The location is great and everything is easy to get to. We enjoyed the meal at the Tavern this time and it was excellent food and very friendly staff!! I will return again 😀

We didn't have breakfast, so cannot give a review. The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The grout around the tub was cracked and molding. We like the convenience of being fairly close to shopping along Regent Avenue.

The room had an awful smell, musky dirty carpet smell. My husband got bites on his leg, didn’t check but possibly bed bugs. Air blower just blew behind the curtains. Kept blowing the curtains open, maybe get window blinds. We had breakfast in the dining area, we purchased our breakfast

Loved this for my kids. The pool area was nice and they always had it stocked with clean towels. Slide was really nice and hot tub was warm . Room was really clean and staff was super friendly and accomadating. Cant wait to stay again.

Staff at check in made mistake and didn’t listen to what I was telling them. I booked through Expedia and had chose pay at property. Check in desk employee said no that I had payed Expedia. I left it at that because I needed time to check emails. When checking out L brought up the fact that I chose pay at property. She said oh yea I see that now we have put it on your credit card. WHAT. I was never informed or asked. No one should put a charge on a credit card without authorization. I wanted to debit the the fee. She offered to reverse it but I chose to leave it because of the Postal strike. It’s one thing to make the first mistake but quite another to charge someone’s credit card with out authorization. Staying at this hotel is now questionable.
