No elevator
I didn't realize that the hotel did not have an elevator, I have mobility issues and can not do stairs. The deskclerk did some checking and found us a room on the first floor. It was very much appreciated

Appreciated proximity to airport and the price. Staff were very helpful in accommodating us on the main floor as it would have been difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator.

I missed the part where it might have mentioned that there is no elevator. Travelling overseas means luggage. And I had to carry it up the stairs. No help was offered on that. Thankfully my husband dropped me off so he helped with that. And going down for breakfast I overheard the front desk quoting a price for the night to an indigenous person that was $75 above the price I paid. Not impressed with that either. Being on my own I did not feel comfortable enough to step up and that’s on me.
