Very helpful and friendly staff. The property was very quiet. Easy to get around the area with under ground walk ways as well as cat walks near by, so it made for very little walking out doors in the cold Winnipeg weather! I would recommend this property.

The hotel was clean and bed comfy, but the building itself is quite dated and many things were not working…burnt out lights in the room, toasters in the breakfast area not working, treadmill out of service. Also another $12.60 to park that we were not aware of until we arrived. I have stayed at this property several times before, but not in the last few years. Disappointed that it is far from the establishment it once was.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Comnient location to downtown, museums, and retaurants. Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Clean and quiet room. Highly recommend.

Location was great and the included breakfast was also good. Stayed on the quiet side. Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean. Bed not the most comfortable and could be replaced. Overall worth the price and location was awesome.

The fact it came up in hotels.com search as having a pool and hot tub on this app but it had been close for 4 years was a very disappointing situation. And the fitness room was brutal with no weights or any resistance equipment whatsoever. They also gave away their parking for an event so I had to park across the street.
