Very clean, right at the airport, everything was amazing, the only thing: doors are so loud when they close, and people come and leave their rooms at all hours of the night , so I was awake every hour because someone on the floor slams a door.

Our room had no hot water during our stay, and the hdmi cable was unplugged and couldn’t reach the outlet so no tv available… This is the first time in many years staying that I have encountered any problems, but hot water is an important factor in any hotel!

There was a Hydro outage from the time I got there. The power did not come back on until the middle of the night. It woke me up at that time. I was unable to have a shower due to the fact the power didn’t come on in time in the evening and I had an early morning flight. There was no place to eat due to the power outage. I was told the manager would contact me. Nobody did.
