Relativity new and well maintained hotel is great location in Exchange District of downtown Winnipeg. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and performing arts centres.

Parking is my only complaint, there was no room in their parking lot. Otherwise hotel is very clean, beds were incredibly comfy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Security in the building keeps it feeling safe at night. You can walk to the forks easily. Lots of good dining options nearby. Also the price is very affordable! Love this hotel, only been there twice now but loved it!

Very nice hotel. Priced comparable to popular large chains but with better style and comfort. Rooms were very comfortable. Loved the waterfall shower. We had a mixup with snacks in the room and staff corrected it with 24hrs with no problems. Would prefer if the optional paid parking was advertised better but there is also free street parking so it’s not a huge concern. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Parking blocks away

The small parking lot was full when I showed up 9pm for check in leaving me to find a spot 2 blocks away and walk back to the hotel. There was cars parked on the front lawn and cars parked in the loading area as well. Not ideal, love this hotel for evetything else but this parking situation. Walking back in the cold with my daughter from 2 blocks away, this is probably an ongoing complaint, get the permit, rip up the lawn and make parking please.
