Definitely not happy as I was moved to a city view room when I booked and paid for River View room. I was at room 118 and because they couldn't fix the A/C after trying over 20 minutes moved me t9 room 213 with street view

Not what it used to be. We've stayed many times over the years and we used to get free cliff bars, soft drinks and water and now water cost $6.00 nevermind the other items. The A/C in 118 is so noisy you can't have it on and watch tv or sleep. They also told us we could return later in the night to give them our license plate (that we did not know) and we ended up with a ticket we still have to deal with. Hotel is nicely styled and location is hard to beat but it has lost its appeal with us.
