Spotless. Room was a good size, comfy beds. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Smallish flat screen tv. Desk. Hardwood floors. Toiletries provuded. Pedestal sink. Tub with shower. Chinese restaurant attached. Free wifi. Many stores, restaurants, gas stations nearby. Only a few minutes north of the Winnipeg bypass. Friendly staff.

The customer service was outstanding! I love the quaint and cozy feel of this down to earth motel. The beautiful live plants in the foyer added a wonderful welcoming feel to the place. I would certainly stay here again for all my future trips to Winnipeg! Keep up the great service!
