Clean & Comfortable

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. My flight landed well after midnight. My son was picking me up as I am not from town. He was arriving earlier than my flight and hotel would not let him check into my room without me nor would they let me change the reservation to his name. This was unreasonable, in my opinion. The lady I spoke to on the phone was neither kind nor accommodating. She was also the one who checked us in and was not pleasant at all. Outside of the customer service, the room gave us a good night’s sleep and I would book here again.
