Very quiet, clean, gracious front desk. easy drive down to downtown waterfront. Didn't like some nearby loud vehicles. No noise from other rooms.

Decent hotel for the price.

Really enjoyed the pre-check in process, it made things go much smoother when we showed up. It was a bummer that the pool was out of order (during the hottest weekend of the year so far) but other than that it was ok. The room was clean and our AC worked. The complimentary breakfast was simple and just what we needed.
