One of the children tried using the hairdryer and it started on fire. The room filled up with smoke and the fire alarm didn't go off. We left within 3 hours of being here. My family does not feel safe in this hotel.

The breakfast was good. The room wasn't very clean. The room was very damp feeling and made our clothes feel damp. Had to ask for more towels. The hallways, gathering places and the breakfast room were very hot.

We ALWAYS book hotels based on pool availability, this pool was NOT open and they said it was because the lights were out. The lights were NOT out in the rest of the building and the staff did NOTHING to ensure that we would come back after we voiced our disappointment that the pool was closed. It was also raining outside, so we thought we would have enjoyed the pool all night long. If I pay for a service that CANNOT be rendered, for any reason, something should be done to ensure that I am still happy with my stay. The room was EXPENSIVE, and we didn't get to enjoy something we paid for. Not sure if I will ever return to this hotel and I DEFINETLY will tell EVERYONE I know to go somewhere else.

Room was gross, weird white stains on the couch. Bed was hard as a rock, ac had a birds nest or some type of nest in the vents, could have been mold, toilet seat was broken, weird damp spots on thr wall. Front desk girl was the dumbest person i have ever met. No customer service what so ever.
