This is our choice hotel while visiting our son at Wake Forest. This was the first time we had an issue with our reservation. It was cancelled somehow. Still not sure who is responsible. Terrance the manager at the hotel was helpful in securing a room for us. Breakfast was delightful as always. Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to Allegacy Stadium.

We arrived at the hotel and they refused to honor our reservation, despite the fact that we had made the reservation 5 months prior, had our confirmation number as well as emails confirming our upcoming stay sent only days before. The staff was obnoxious, lazy, and totally unapologetic. They acted as if it was OUR fault. As we left the property, we overheard several other families who had the same issue. Unforgivable!

Staff I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful and seemed happy to help. Breakfast was awesome, our room was very clean and the pool & gym were nice. I do wish we had a microwave in our room and one of the elevators was out of order, but it didn't make any difference for us because we used the stairs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
