there was a decent amount of mold in the bathroom vent and corners of every wall in the room. the toilet paper holder was broken and left on the floor. cigarette burns in the blankets and stains on a few towels

Did NOT Like the 10:00pm curfew on a Saturday night. My mate & I took a quiet walk around the outside of our floor to check if we could observe the 'Strawberry Moon' event that weekend. We gently walked around not making any noise. Returned to our room and within seconds the staff knocked on our door to tell us we could not be outside after 10 pm., because it was "time to be inside at this hour, it was quiet time for guest". Not to mention there was hardly any other guest staying at this location. I am 66 years old and have traveled most of my adult life. Have NEVER, EVER been told I could not take a QUIET STROLL Outside of my room at ANY HOTEL /MOTEL in my entire life. Needless to say: I will never stay there again for that reason.

Bathroom is super dirty ceiling is peeling off paint Caulking missing Bath tub make noise like is going to brake not safe Dirty floor Outside cigarettes buds and spiders web show not maintenance at all Overall is not a place to stay 75 dollars a night should be like 45 dollars If you are from a ghetto or trailer park this place is a deal for you

Comfortable and Convenient
It was comfortable and convenient for my purpose. It is older and needs some updating but for a quick stay it was perfect. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, plenty of towels. Check in was easy and I was met with politeness and service.

Good for the price.
It was good for the price. No smoking room still smelled like smoke. There were a couple of dead bugs in the bathroom floor and hairs in the shower. The beds were comfortable and service was good.
