Check-in was good and clerk greeting us was very friendly! All the staff were very nice! Our room looked clean. The AC was fairly loud. One queen bed was very squeaky and lumpy on the side slept on, felt like the springs! Definitely needs a new mattress for that bed!! The shower worked fine and was clean! The toilet worked the first 2 days, but the last day, through the night, the toilet stopped working and couldn’t flush, very upsetting!! Breakfast was okay! Coffee was always good! Disappointed with the spotted bananas served for 2 mornings and not fresh yellow bananas!! Waffles were good!! Needs a bran/fiber cereal choice! The sweet lady that prepared our breakfast was very nice and helpful!! Parking was good and we were able to park close to front or side of the building!

I had my dog with me and it was a welcomed break to be able to leave the dog in the room while I was off the property. Made it possible to take the Grandkids out for meals, movies, and shopping.

It’s a little upsetting to have to write this review. I had been to this property 2-3 times for the indoor water slide and pool area over the past 10 years but hadn’t been in 4-5 years until my stay between the 16th-18th of July. I planned on bringing my 2 kids, 4 & 6 year olds for a day of fun and heading back home the next day. On the website it stated that the pool area was closed through
