The staff, property, and location was perfect for me. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Benton convention center. I felt safe day and night while walking around alone. There were quite a few restaurants in walking distance. I will use this location again in the future and highly recommend.
The location was super easy to get to from the highway, and equally easy to get back to the main roads. Only issue was AC unit in the room was very loud, might be an older model and the kick on was not helpful for sleep. Best breakfast have ever had while travelling. Would return. Also staff was amazing and extremely friendly.
The front desk staff were curious and went above to make sure my stay was great. When we encountered an issue (on expedias part), staff worked to resolve the stay.
The rooms were clean. The lobby was outstanding. The breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The staff was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and courteous.
$22 plus tips for parking. 15-20 minute wait to get your car.
It appears they have more parking options when booking but there is no free parking at all.
Hampton Inn suggested canceling our room and paying the penalty OR pay the lot down the street that charges $10 per entrance.
