I checked in at the La Quinta hotel, and the room was filthy. The commode had stool stains, blood stains, and the refrigerator was dirty with what appeared to be moss. I reported it to the manager, and she gave us another room, but it was just as bad. The new room had hair and urine stains on the commode, so I decided to check out.

Property is what you pay for. Rooms are nice but noisy. Several things in the room did not work properly: tub didn’t drain well, coffee machine was missing a part etc. If you don’t mind these things and are on a budget, it’s totally doable. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of food choices and stores in walking distances.

It was easily accessible, plenty of parking. What I didn't like was bathroom floor slippery, almost fell. Toilet very low to the ground making it more difficult as an older adult to use. I was never informed online, or in person at check in of $100 room hold fee. Apparently they remove it 2-3 days later after they check the room for damage. This is not right. The Hotel should be honest and upfront about this. Another issue is allowing unattended children and dogs running and barking in the hallways even late into the night, 10pm. Without carpet those sounds are now amplified.

Terrible. I was afraid of my kid’s safety. Pool was dirty, folks smoking, fridge didn’t work and water was dripping from the fridge, smelled terrible. The hot tub was not working. The worst hotel o have ever stayed in.

This facility was well enough for little more than sleeping really. Its HVAC system was lacking making the halls and lobby uncomfortable at times. The property was in descent order but as you started to look around a lot of little things were broken all over. A lot of things broken. The waffle maker was the only good part about breakfast. The fridge in the room was barely operational and constantly beeping, the hot tub was so broken it had been growing algie. Friendly staff only goes so far when there's a facility that looks good from the road but up close has a lot of issues all over.

Would not recommend!

We arrived late in the evening after driving 14 hours and there was no one behind the front desk to check us in. It took 35 minutes of knocking on the office staff door before someone came out. The guy had been sleeping and did not seem to care. During our three day stay not once did someone come in to empty the trash cans or bring clean towels. Very disappointed. Will not stay at that particular location again.

Glad they’re renovating

Drapes dated and liners have holes in them. Tub has liner in it making the bottom curved and narrow. Tub wouldn’t drain forever in between showers. Bed is excellent! Sleep well
