The room was fine except for the mold around the tub. The microwave was very noisy. The area right around the motel did not feel as safe as I would have liked. You could not take any food at breakfast with you, and that was inconvenient.

Broken lock on the door, visible bugs crawling everywhere, blood stains on the carpet, ripped furniture, stained ceiling, smelled of smoke…unsafe and scary. We didn’t stay and awaiting refund. Quality Inn has agreed to a full refund - awaiting Expedia to provide it.

My room was not cleaned well. The desi and night table had wet, sticky substances on them, the desk chair had hair and tiny debris on if and the carpeting had tons of black, tarry pebbles that i stepped on all night. The TV was weird too; to get the channels to change, I had to do a 10-minute rebooting process (which apparently is required for all guests in every room to work the channel changer. The bright soot was a guy named Tom who was very easy to deal with in that we couldn’t get there the first night and he gave us a credit no queations asked

It’s about what you expect for what you pay. Musty in the room, door hard to unlock and had to beg for more clean towels. They have a no food rule from breakfast. Like NO removing anything from the breakfast area including the coffee you’re drinking. You can’t grab breakfast to eat on the run.

Quality Inn is always my first choice when choosing an hotel. I was very disappointed. I reserved a non-smoking room which smelled like smoke. The vents in the bathroom were rusted and the walls were dirty. The soap holder in the shower had soap stuck to it which means that the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no hot breakfast - I was very disappointed by what was offered. After I bit into a stale muffin, I wasn’t interested in eating anything else they offered for breakfast, which wasn’t much. I will say that the guy at the front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The room itself was pretty nice, besides the access to TV and you had to slam the door for it to shut all the way. The hotel was also very close to everything which was really convenient. However, we booked the hotel thinking we would have a pool and gym but both were closed, which was disappointing and the breakfast options were pretty minimal.

this property was the worst i ever seen i been try to contact you to talk to some one but its impossible you made it that way i going to try a lawyer and see what i can do to get refund the room did not look like the pictures and i believe you guys new that i have picture and i want to send them to you but you made that impossible also i going put them on the internet and show people what you have don i'll also have a friend on good morning america and i will reach out to them and see if they can show the world about what you do to people, ill keep trying until some one will here me . i try call you and you are impossible to reach. i will never use you again joyce lomax at jazza1149@att.net.

The pictures that are advertised is not what you’re walking into.. there was rust and mold in the bathtub and around the toilet, the walls were dirty, finger prints and toothpaste splats all over mirrors . There was an Odor that the bedsheets and towels had as if they were just washed in water. They have the coffee maker inside the bathroom on top of the sink which is very unsanitary. There was many drug addicts in the area doing activities that made me feel unsafe. Staff was not welcoming at all ! I cut my stay short due to this inconvenience. I don’t think this is fair and I feel as you guys should post the accuracy of the hotel we are spending money on. I am highly disappointed and will think twice before booking through Expedia again!

I will begin by saying that the staff that helped me were EXCEEDINGLY kind to me. Caring, compassionate, professional. The night staff, the morning staff, the maintenance staff -all of them were wonderful people. And all of the cons I am about to list have nothing to do with them. I hope the multiple, dark, large stains on the carpet were chew not blood. But then I hope the dark smears along both sides of the mattress pad were blood not feces (I’m sorry, I’m not making this up). The curtains had LOT of holes. Moths? Cigarettes? Not sure, but there were a lot of them in the mornings. There are tons of burns in the carpet. Burns on the dresser. A circular burn on a bedside table that sure looks like the size of a pipe that got too hot (circular, about a nickel in diameter). There were dark hand prints on the bathroom walls where the fingers had been drug down the walls. Faded but very clear. And multiple. The tv didn’t work. They provided instructions which helped, but I needed a passcode they didn’t provide. I was there for my 40 year old wife’s failed cancer surgery, so I didn’t have the time, energy or heart to bring this up to the staff over the two nights I was there. I was too mentally and emotionally blitzed to care the first night, but it was so un-ignorable the second night. I checked out early because my wife was sent home early, but I don’t think I would’ve stayed anyway. But 1 last time -I cannot emphasize enough how kind the staff was to me.

It was terrible. As soon as we walked in the room we noticed the big stains on the floor. The bed sheets and skirts around the bed were dirty. Looked like boogers. Tv didn’t work, door didn’t close properly. Roache’s, sketchy people walking around, we felt very unsafe. Very dirty grounds. The ratings and pictures were completely false.
